GETTING A QUOTE

So, how does the process of having my windows/doors replaced work?

1.Give us a ring

2. Have a chat

We will discuss your requirements and arrange a time to come round. We will listen to what you want and roughly measure up in order to work out the quote

3. We will send you a quote

We will work out a quote for you and send it in writing to you A.S.A.P. If you wish to accept the quote then let us know. We think you will find our prices very competitive, as we do all the work ourselves and therefore do not have large overheads

4. Measure up

If you accept our quote then we will arrange a time when someone can come round to measure up.

5. Do the job

When we have ordered all the necessary materials we will then liase with you about when would be the best time to fit your windows/doors

6. Any problems?

If you have any problems at all with your new windows/doors give us a ring and we will arrange a time at your convenience to put it right. We will do this free of charge.
